Immediately afterwards, she paired up with two female college student entrepreneurial teams — one focusing on the digital transformation of the motor industry and the other on new energy materials R&D, which are highly aligned with SCGC's core business.During the guidance, Luo Ping abandoned empty theories and directly addressed the projects' pain points. For the "Zhqu Yunshang" Motor Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance Project, she pointed out the industry-wide issue of "only collecting data but failing to solve the problems of slow service response and inability to utilize data". She suggested that the team abandon the general platform approach and shift to customized services for segmented scenarios such as the operation and maintenance of small and medium-sized motor manufacturing enterprises, while clarifying the "equipment data + operation and maintenance services" dual-drive model. For the "Ningxing Huneng" New Energy Aerogel Project, she proposed the strategy of "first focusing on the new energy vehicle battery protection track, verifying its value, and then expanding into the energy storage field", and sorted out the financing logic from the perspectives of patent layout, supply chain costs, and B-end cooperation links.Considering that college student teams lack management experience, Luo Ping also shared SCGC's practical insights: clarifying the responsibilities of core positions in advance to avoid disputes later, using a "project progress dashboard" to visualize milestones such as sample R&D and customer connection, and clarifying those responsible and timelines.
